3. Daily study worksheets will be sent directly to your WhatsApp.
4. Print out the worksheets and let your child complete them.
5. Upon completion, take a snapshot of the completed worksheet and send them back to me via WhatsApp. I will mark them and let you know their progress.

 The above video is a recorded Skype session of part of of a tuition session on Chapter 20 - Motion along a Straight line. In this video it demonstrates that students need to know all the related requirements to solve problems pertaining to Motion Along A Straight line. The requirements are as follows :

1) The equation of Displacement usually indicated by "S =  .......... "

2) The equation of Velocity usually indicated by "V= ........."

3) The equation of Acceleration usually indicated by "a= ........."

4) How to use Differentiation and Integration to obtain the needed equations, either Displacement, Velocity or Acceleration. 

5) Know what information to derive from the way the questions is asked.

The ability of students to deal with the elements within an equation forms the very basic but very important skill to master the areas of Algebra. here is a basic video to demonstrate the dealing with elements with an equation to find the value of x in the equation.

Building Skills in Basic Addition

The above is a student in Standard 2 who joined Just-Math for about two month. When he initially join, he was not able to perform addition of 1 without using fingers for counting. He is now able to perform addition of 2, 3 and 4 reasonably well, however the mastery is still not very good. He will need to practice more to internalize the ability.

Student, Irfan, now in Standard 1,  showing that he still needs more practice to improve this level of addition. This student joined about two months ago. He was not able to perform addition at all when he started. Today, he can perform addition of 2 and 3 without using fingers for calculation.

Student, Jasper, now in Standard Two, joined Just-Math about 3 month at this point in time, now performing addition of 4 and 5. You can see he is not calculating using his fingers.
