Tuition in accordance to school syllabus :

1) Skype / Zoom Math Tuition, One to One (RM40 per hour *)
2) Skype / Zoom Math Tuition, Small Group Classes (RM25 per hour * ) (minimum of 2 student and a maximum of 4 students)
3) Face to Face, One to One - Physical Class (RM60 per hour *) [ Presently suspended due to Covid-19 ]
4) Face to Face, Small Group Classes (RM35 per hour *) (maximum of 4 students) [ Presently suspended due to Covid-19 ]

* Subject to a minimum of 8 hours a month

4) Learn, Practice and Master Mathematics via WhatsApp (RM120 per month)
5) Learn, Practice and Master Mathematics via Physical Classes (RM140 per month) [ Presently suspended due to Covid-19 ]

What is Mathematics Enrichment Program, Penang

What is Mathematics Enrichment Program?

This is a program that is design to allow children to learn and master mathematics in accordance to their present mathematics ability.

So, why to you need to study in accordance to the individual present ability?

1) Scenario 1 : Students in Standard Six would be expected to be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide with easy. However in actual fact some students lack skills in these area which result in learning difficulties when in school. They do not know how to improve themselves in these areas.
2) Scenario 2 : Students in Standard Six finding that areas taught in school are too easy for them. These students want to learn higher level mathematics. We provide such opportunity.
3) We provide the needed step by step specialized learning material to help student learn and master the needed areas. Our materials contains small incremental difficulties to ensure learning and mastering is easy.
4) We constantly monitor the student to ensure they progress smoothly while mastering.
5) Students gets daily small doses of assignment. This is to ensure studying is easy and pleasant.

What is included in the Mathematics Enrichment Program?

1) You get daily specially prepared assignments sent to you via WhatsApp.
2) The assignments will be marked daily to let you know the inaccuracies of your calculation on the assignments given to you.
3) Based on marked assignments, you will need to submit the correction to these assignments.
4) For those who would like to attend physical classes, you will come to the center once a week for about 45 minutes. Similarly, you will be given daily assignments via WhatsApp.

Learn Mathematics with WhatsApp



Suitable for students of age 7 and above



Instead of coming to the physical class, students can op to study mathematics thru WhatsApp. The math program is designed to facilitate independent learning which is very suitable to be delivered thru WhatsApp



Follows the math enrichment program which is designed to help students strengthen their calculation ability.



Students will undergo a simple assessment either thru verbal assessment or written assessment. This will allow the math instructor to know the student's present ability and math skills.



From the assessment, the student will be fitted into a program to strengthen their present weaknesses and thereafter allow them to excel in their mathematics.

Building Skills in Basic Addition




The above is a student in Standard 2 who joined Just-Math for about two month. When he initially join, he was not able to perform addition of 1 without using fingers for counting. He is now able to perform addition of 2, 3 and 4 reasonably well, however the mastery is still not very good. He will need to practice more to internalize the ability.


Student, Irfan, now in Standard 1,  showing that he still needs more practice to improve this level of addition. This student joined about two months ago. He was not able to perform addition at all when he started. Today, he can perform addition of 2 and 3 without using fingers for calculation.


Student, Jasper, now in Standard Two, joined Just-Math about 3 month at this point in time, now performing addition of 4 and 5. You can see he is not calculating using his fingers. All our students are trained not to depend on fingers when performing all calculation. Join us NOW, you will be able to see good improvement in about 3 to 6 months
